Ella's birthday is coming up in a few weeks and so I have been thinking about what to get her (also Christmas - whose idea was it to have a baby so close to Christmas? Oh, right, my idea...never mind) Anyway, I thought instead of just getting her whatever I wanted her to have, I would ask her what she wanted. This is what she said.
Me: What do you want for your birthday?
Ella: Cake!
Me: What else?
Ella: Presents!
Me: What kind of presents?
Ella: Toys!
Me: What kind of toys?
Ella: Fun toys!
Me: What kind of fun toys?
Ella: Pink fun toys...and cake!
So, she has her priorities in order, clearly, but I still have no idea what she wants for her birthday!
