We decided to take a walk/ride today to test the accuracy of Ella's map. You remember the map:
Then we came to the school and the ice skating rink.
The we kept on going.
But we kept finding interesting things on the ground. So we picked them up.
Eventually we got to the playground.
And the forest.
And while we were walking in the forest we were surprised by a giant moose standing right beside the trail. I didn't take a picture of it because we were busy hightailing it back the way we came. Ella was very upset that we couldn't finish testing the map. But I was just glad we didn't get squished by the moose.
The good news is on the way back we managed to find more interesting things to pick up.
So the ride wasn't a complete loss.
